Shipping policy

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production for your order to ship.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
International orders will be shipped based on the distribution center from which the product originates.
-Average international transit time: 20 to 50 working days

Certain uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipment postponements. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery problem is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We follow up on each order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product can be shipped from different distribution centers across the world as our product research team spends the time researching quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, please send an email to  support@fanmeny.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after it was created for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to support@fanmeny.com. All you have to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you misspelled or auto-filled in your address, just reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately by email at support@fanmeny.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship each item with additional padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to improper handling by the postal service.

If this happens to you, please contact us (support@fanmeny.com) with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once received, we will be happy to send another one for free.
